Position Description:
This position reports to the Associate Director for Admissions and primarily coordinates prospective student enquiries via phone, email and in person. This position also assists various department such as Finance, Student Services, Accounting, Student Record with day to day clerikal function.
Distinguishing Characteristics:
Serve as the first line of contact for all incoming communications to the office.
Manage a 24 line telephone switch board and direct incoming calls to the respective departments.
Assit with all outgoing mailing and shipping of materials.
Respond to general enquiries about the programs offered at International American University.
Coordinate and contribute to the success of programs designed to recruit students to the university by collaborating with various academic advising and career development departments of various high schools, colleges and universities.
