Basic Science Faculty (St.Lucia Campus)

Our quickly increasing student population demands that we proceed in the hiring of both full-time and part-time faculty members in most basic science disciplines including Gross Anatomy, Histology & Cell biology, Biochemistry& Genetics, Microbiology & Immunology, Physiology, Pathology, Pharmacology, Behavioral Science and Physical Diagnosis.

We desire individuals who will play an active role in the continued development of our basic science program in Saint Lucia, and who have a strong commitment to educational excellence. Applicants must be highly-qualified and highly-motivated individuals who are committed to medical education. The qualified individual should possess an M.D. or Ph.D. in their respective discipline and should be aware of the US system of medical education. We will consider retired physicians who have a background in medical education and are committed to teaching. Successful candidates will be given a unique opportunity to play a major role in a rapidly growing university.

We have a wonderful group of hardworking, friendly and collegial faculty. All faculty are focused mainly on one task: training students to become top-notch physicians. Most faculty members live within a 10 minute drive of campus, we provide for faculty traveling and hence a car is not an absolute requirement. Remuneration package also includes health insurance.
