Post Acceptance

The Acceptance Response form and Seat Deposit of $1000 (credited towards first semester tuition) must reach our Office of Admissions within 14 days from the date of acceptance to secure your spot in the class. The seat deposit is non refundable if the student rescinds his or her decision to attend the program. Please retain your original admissions letter to present before St. Lucian Immigration and Customs upon arrival at UVF Airport

Upon receipt of confirmation of enrollment, our Office of Student Services will mail you an Orientation packet that includes vital information to help with your move to St. Lucia. We also conduct online orientation sessions prior to your departure to get you acquainted with your fellow class mates, upper class men and your living arrangements.

The following documents must reach the Office of Student Services at 5999 Summerside Dr Ste 220, Dallas, TX 75252 at the earliest to ensure timely processing.

  • Housing Preference Form
  • Flight Information
  • Copy of Passport and DL
  • Health Immunization Form
  • Background Check for St. Lucian Visa requirements
